# Projects and Usage

> Manage projects and their settings, and see your organization usage

Everything in the dashboard belongs to a project: accounts, sessions, rules, lists and settings. Projects are managed under **Settings → Projects**, and usage across projects under **Settings → Usage**.

## Projects

Admins create, rename, reorder and archive projects.

| Action | Effect |
| - | - |
| Create | Creates the project in both Sandbox and Production. The name's slug must be unique in the organization, including archived projects. |
| Rename | Changes the slug, which changes the project's dashboard URLs. The Project ID and API keys are unchanged. |
| Reorder | Sets the project order for everyone in the organization |
| Archive | Removes the project from the project menu and usage. Its data is deleted after 30 days. |

  Archived projects cannot be restored from the dashboard. Contact [support@verisoul.ai](mailto:support@verisoul.ai) within 30 days to restore one.

Renaming, reordering and archiving apply only to the environment you are in. Sandbox and Production versions of a project have different Project IDs and hold different data.

## Project settings

Each project's **Project Settings** tab has two sections. Everyone with access to the project can view them. Changing them needs **Change SDK settings**, which by default only Admins hold.

### Multi Accounting Groups

Groups split the multi-accounting graph within a project, so accounts only link to accounts in the same group. Once enabled, every account must include a group, and the **Accounts** table gains a **Group** column. See [Multi Accounting Groups](/integration/advanced/multi-accounting-groups).

  Multi Accounting Groups cannot be disabled once enabled.

### Apple Device Check

Connects the project to your Apple developer account so Verisoul can validate App Attest and DeviceCheck results from your iOS app. These appear as the `oem_app_integrity` and `oem_device_integrity` verdicts described in [Mobile](/signals-scores/mobile).

| **Device Check** / **Private Key ID** / **Private Key (.p8 file)** | Enable DeviceCheck and enter a key created with DeviceCheck permission |

With DeviceCheck enabled, Verisoul validates the credentials with Apple before saving. See [iOS Device Check](/integration/frontend/ios#ios-device-check) for app setup.

## Usage

**Settings → Usage** shows organization-wide volumes for the current environment, by day or month, split by active project.

| **Email (with Identity Intelligence)** | Completed email analyses with Identity Intelligence |

In the **Day** view, an account active on five days counts five times. Usage shows counts only, with no pricing. Archived projects are excluded.

Usage needs **View usage**, held by Admins and the Billing role.
