Feature: Lists

We've added Lists functionality to the Verisoul dashboard and API. Lists allow you to add specific logic to groups of users.

Now you can add users to three specific lists:

1. allow: users in the allow list will always be marked as Real
   1. Example: add demo / support accounts so they are never blocked
2. block: users in the block list will always be marked as Fake
   1. Add known bad actors
3. main_account: users in the Main Account list will not be scored for multi-accounting risk (they can still be marked fake for bot or general risk)
   1. For a user with multiple accounts, add their original or best account to allow them to maintain one account (instead of blocking all their accounts)
