Biometric Data Handling

Verisoul handles all aspects of biometric data capture, including user permissioning, data collection, processing, storage, and retention. We interact directly with the end user and obtain their affirmative, informed consent, ensuring full compliance with applicable biometric data laws.

As a result, Verisoul customers do not directly collect, process, store, or manage any biometric or document-related data, and are therefore not required to implement additional biometric compliance measures.
