Submitting emails
Submit Emails accepts:
Paste and upload create a named batch. Batch names can use letters, digits, spaces, underscores and dashes.
Dashboard submissions go through the same API as your integration: they are billable, and a webhook subscribed to Email Intel Completed receives their results.
CSV format
Columns with these names are mapped automatically, and others can be mapped by hand. Rows without a valid email are skipped.
Large lists
Lists over 1,000 emails upload in chunks of 1,000, all in the same batch. Keep the window open until the upload finishes; closing it stops the upload after the chunks already sent. Batches process at about 250 emails a minute per project, so 100,000 emails take about 7 hours. Single emails are processed ahead of batches.Identity Intelligence
Run Identity Intelligence adds research on the person behind each email: connected names and phone numbers, registered online accounts, and a match of the submitted name, phone and country against that data. It costs extra, and applies to every email in the submission. See Identity Intelligence. To add Identity Intelligence to an existing result, choose Run Identity Intelligence on the email’s page, or Run Email Intelligence on an account page. Either creates a new request; the original result stays as it was.Results
An email’s page shows its decision, send recommendation, risk and trust signals, email and domain details, breach history, Identity Intelligence results when available, and the accounts in the project that use the address. New results take about 20 seconds to appear in the Emails table. The email’s own page and its batch page show them as soon as they are ready.Permissions
Admins have every permission. Submit emails for analysis is marked billable in the role builder. The Analytics tab uses usage data, which needs View usage (Admin and Billing). See Managing Users.
